A mere two blocks away, the Arkansas Riverwalk offers eight miles of serene walking paths, while the South Cañon mountain bike trailhead is just half a mile away. Ideal for larger gatherings, adjacent properties can currently accommodate up to 28 guests (with more in the works), perfect for weddings, reunions, or group vacations.
